The "ScheduleComplete ® hosted" is a subscription service, which hosts the scheduling system on our servers for a flat monthly fee. To use ScheduleComplete® service, all you need to have is a high-speed internet connection available in your office.

 The system provides multiple configuration screens and is easy to setup. First you will have to define Resource Types - a grouping of substitutable or alike resources.

Then you will define resources and assign them to a resource type. For instance Dr.Goldbert and Dr. Dezi are resources of type "Doctor". Either of them can accept patients. Optionally you'll be able to define a resource availability schedule for each resource, so system will account for the personnel or resource schedules.

 Finally, you will have to define an "Appointment Type". The appointment types define which resource are required to complete an appointment or event, so the system would know which resources to pick, based on their availability.
Appointment types are displayed to an end user to choose from during the scheduling. 
 

Aside of tweaking some security settings - you are done! Now your site visitors will be able to schedule appointments/ events etc...!

The system will take care of resource allocation and schedule reservations.  Your employees will be able to see thier own schedules online by logging o the website or they can receive notifications by email. MS Outlook integration options is also available.
